The Majesty Memorial Gauntlets can have a huge impact on the future direction of EWW, as the winner will be able to cash them in for a shot at any title at any given time. Earlier this year we saw Skarlett cash them in to win the EWW Title back from Cyrus Shade, and prior to that Grayson Dawn used them to turn on his tag team partner Lupo Lee and win the EWW Academy Title.
However, Lupo Lee, Alfie the Great, Jeff Leopard and the newcomer Lord Dick Belvedere are all facing an uphill battle on this occasion, as previous winner Billy Zero is a surefire winner in this five-person gauntlet match. Yes, you read that right – a gauntlet match for the gauntlets. And I bet Lou Still is still laughing at his own “joke”.
Alfie the Great has more reason than most to want the gauntlets, with this his first opportunity to claim the prize that was named in memory of his mother – the well-respect Majesty.
Lupo Lee is a star on the rise and the opportunity to cash in for any title at any time is incentive enough for him to bring his A-game.
Jeff Leopard needs to learn some respect after he and his accomplice, the misogynist Matty Spilatty, put their hands on me last time out.
And could the newcomer Lord Dick Belvedere make a name for himself in his debut match?
No, he can’t. Billy will win this. I can feel it in my heart.
