At the end of EWW Revelations, as Skarlett was being beaten down by the northern muppets from Fight Factory, Cyrus Shade was the man that shockingly came to her aid.
Shade says that he’s a changed man and that the integrity of the company and the EWW title is more important to him than anything else. Personally, I find that hard to believe, but apparently it has convinced the scumbag known as Trevor Bekooy.
The leader of The Unknown is not happy with Shade, seemingly taking this turn of events personally. Bekooy has arranged for the little shit known as Corvis Kid to take on the former EWW Champion at Pick Your Poison, with the instruction to make Shade regret his decision to leave the group.
The little shit is the current EWW Academy Champion and – reluctant as I am to say it – goes from strength to strength with each performance. The question is – will he have enough to get one over on his former mentor, the twenty-year veteran who has been wrestling for nearly as long as the little shit has been alive?
There’s no doubt that Corvis could have a big future in the business if he only stops taking advice from Bekooy, but is this match too much, too soon? After claiming (dubious) wins over former EWW champions Skarlett and Bateman, the little shit would likely say no. And with Bekooy on hand ringside, could that be enough to swing the odds in his favour?
